Synergy Space™ was created for families who are tired of being told a child needs "more consistency" without being given a realistic plan for the hard moments at home.
As an occupational therapist and parent, I bring two kinds of knowledge into the work: clinical training in regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and functional skill development; and lived respect for how complicated family life can feel when one child is overwhelmed.
The coaching is practical, structured, and grounded. We look at what happens before escalation, how parents can respond without adding fuel, and what recovery needs to look like afterward.
For over a decade, I have worked as an occupational therapist across diverse settings and age groups, supporting nervous system regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, and functional skill development.
Across years of supporting children and families, clear patterns emerged:
Children do not need fewer emotions. They need more capacity, and parents need responses that are clear enough to use while everyone is already stressed.
I draw from developmental regulation frameworks, executive functioning principles, sensory processing knowledge, and nervous system science to provide structured, measurable guidance.
Lived experience informs how I listen. Professional structure informs how I guide. Together, they shape the Synergy coaching model.
Synergy Space is designed to complement — not replace — services provided by licensed therapists, medical professionals, and school support teams.
Regulation is built.
Synergy Space™ operates on three core principles:
Activate™ — Build regulation capacity intentionally.
Integrate™ — Practice consistently in real-world environments.
Restore™ — Strengthen recovery and shorten escalation cycles.
We prioritize:
This work is structured, practical, and developmentally aligned.
Synergy Space™ exists to help families build sustainable nervous system capacity through structured, developmentally aligned virtual support.
